Return Policy:
Eligible full-price items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund. We will deduct any return shipping fees from your refund.
We are now offering free exchanges! Start a return and choose your replacement product. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back. We will process your exchanges immediately.
Ineligible returns include items purchased on sale, considered FINAL SALE, including items sold at promotional discount. We will not accept returns for gift cards, apothecary, Shawls by Yaser Shaw, pierced earrings, or select vintage and handmade items marked Final Sale.
We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.
All items returned must be in the same condition in which we sent them. Please return items inside the original shipping container or a sturdy container of similar dimensions to prevent potential damage during shipping. We can not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the box or the item. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise, and we have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please get in touch with UPS.
Return Instructions:
1.) Please visit our Return Portal
2.) Input your Order ID# or your email address and you will be guided through the process. An RMA# will be issued and then you can download a shipping label to print (the cost will be deducted from your return).
3.) Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.
* Please note that USPS is the default carrier for our return shipping. You can schedule a USPS pickup or drop your package at any Post Office or Fedex Location. Please email us if you prefer to use a different carrier.
