Return FAQ



All purchases of eligible items placed thru December are eligible to return until January 11th, 2024.

Please note we must receive returns by January 11th, 2024.


Ongoing Return Policy: 

Eligible items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund. We will deduct any return shipping fees from your refund. 

To exchange an item you will need to first return the item. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship out the select item. Please include your preference to exchange vs. return for refund instructions when emailing 

Ineligible returns include items purchased on sale, considered FINAL SALE, including items sold at promotional discount. We will not accept returns for gift cards, apothecary, Shawls by Yaser Shaw, select jewelry, or select vintage and handmade items marked Final Sale.

We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which we sent them. Please return items inside the original shipping container or a sturdy container of similar dimensions to prevent potential damage during shipping. We can not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the box or the item.  We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise, and we have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please get in touch with UPS.

Return Instructions: 

1.) Please email to initiate your return and include your Order ID# 

2.) We will send you a shipping label to return your item(s)

3.)  Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

* Please note that USPS is the default carrier for our return shipping. You can schedule a USPS pickup or drop your package at any Post Office or Fedex Location. Please email us if you prefer to use a different carrier.
