Return FAQ

Ongoing Return Policy: 

Eligible items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund. We will deduct any return shipping fees from your refund. 


Ineligible returns include items marked FINAL SALE. We will also not accept returns for gift cards, apothecary, or shawls and stoles by Yaser Shaw.


We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases.


Return Instructions: 

1.) Please email us at to initiate your return and include your Order ID# 

2.) We will send you a shipping label to return your item(s)

3.)  Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

To exchange an item you will need to first return the item. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship out the select item. Please include your preference to exchange vs. return for refund instructions when you email  us at

* Please note that UPS is the default carrier for our return shipping. You can schedule a UPS pickup or drop your package at any UPS facility. 


All items returned must be in the same condition in which we sent them. Please return items inside the original shipping container or a sturdy container of similar dimensions to prevent potential damage during shipping. We can not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the box or the item.  We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise, and we have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
