Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your Matta product our return policy is as follows:

Eligible full-price items may be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a refund or store credit. Store credit does not expire. The return must be received within that time frame or it will be cancelled. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items. 

At this time, we are no longer doing exchanges. If you desire to purchase something in a different size or color, that will be treated as a new purchase. 

Gift Cards and shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please note that all Matta products are individually crafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece. We also have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your monitor and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is completely accurate.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise. We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 


All sale and vintage items are final sale. No exceptions. Purchases made with store credit are final sale. Price adjustments within 24 hours after purchase only.


 Instructions for making a return:

- Please visit our Return Portal

- Input your Order ID# or your email address and you will be guided through the process. An RMA# will be issued and then you can download a shipping label to print (the cost will be deducted from your return).

- Upon receiving and inspecting your items, we will issue a refund (minus the return shipping cost and restocking fee) to your original form of payment.

* Please note that USPS is the default carrier for our return shipping. You can schedule a USPS pickup or drop your package at any Post Office or Fedex Location. Please email us if you prefer to use a different carrier.
