NEW Online Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Matta product, our policy is as follows: All merchandise purchased on our website may be returned with 10 days upon receipt of goods for an EXCHANGE or MATTA CREDIT only. Matta credit is valid online and in our Soho and Sga Harbor locations. Matta credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Once your credit has expired it becomes invalid. Please do not return packages without approval. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
* Please note that skilled artisans individually craft all Matta products. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece. We also have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your monitor and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is completely accurate.
We have the right to deny refund request if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Instructions for making a return:
To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number. Please note returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
